Chuck’s is a rotisserie grill in the market cooking responsibly-raised chickens and slow-cooked pork belly. The chicken is given a 24-hour house marinade, while the pork is covered in their own "Chuck's rub" and slow-cooked. Owners are Kieran Monteiro (ex-Boma) & Sam Mousawi (ex-Park Road Kitchen Group).
